New tools added to holiday booking system

The booking system we have built for HTID takes care of the booking process for the Summer holiday they run each year. As well collecting booking data and taking payments on-line, we have recently developed some new administrator tools for the backend:
- The mass e-mail and template tool enables the creation and sending of emails to groups of bookings.
- The hotel assignment tool allows hotels to be added and assigned to bookings, creating a PDF hotel voucher which can also be attached to bookings.
- Download spreadsheets of bookings is also possible.
- Advanced search allows searching on any criteria. The results can be assigned to actions such as download spreadsheet or send a mass e-mail.
- Automatic payment reminders send out emails if people have started a booking but not completed their payments. If after a set time and set number of emails they still haven't paid the booking will be automatically archived.
